1. About uitly

uitly.link is a free URL shortening service created and operated by Anvika. uitly allows users to shorten long URLs, create custom aliases, and generate QR codes — all at no cost and without requiring account registration.

2. Acceptable Use

You may use uitly to shorten any URL for personal or commercial purposes, provided the content you are linking to complies with Indian law and these Terms of Service. You agree not to use uitly to shorten URLs that lead to: phishing pages, malware or viruses, illegal content under Indian law, content that promotes hate speech or violence, spam or unsolicited bulk messaging campaigns, or content that infringes on the intellectual property of others.

3. Custom Aliases

Custom aliases are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. uitly reserves the right to reclaim or deactivate any custom alias that violates these Terms, impersonates a brand or individual, or is found to be used for abusive purposes.

4. Link Removal

uitly reserves the right to deactivate or remove any short link at any time if it is found to violate these Terms of Service or applicable law. We will make reasonable efforts to address valid abuse reports within 24 hours.

5. No Warranty

uitly is provided ‘as is’ without any warranty, expressed or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, nor do we guarantee that all links will remain active indefinitely, though it is our intention to maintain them. uitly is not responsible for the content of third-party URLs that have been shortened using our service.

6. Limitation of Liability

uitly and Anvika shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of uitly or from the content of URLs shortened using uitly.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use of uitly after changes means you accept the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
